1st Day Squeeze one lemon in a glass of water. Consume this mixture 3 times per day along with your regular meals.

2nd Day Take out the juice of 2 lemons in 500 ml of water and consume it into 2 doses. The first dose should be in the morning before breakfast, while the second dose at night, after you take your dinner.

3rd Day Repeat the procedure from Day 1.

4th Day Repeat the procedure from Day 2.
