Over the past few years, I’ve read several self-improvement books, including Atomic Habits, How to Win Friends & Influence People, The School of Life, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, among others. Each book offers insights into different areas of life:
- The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Long-term goals and direction
- Atomic Habits – Marginal gains and managing daily tasks
- The School of Life – Understanding that everyone has flaws and that recognising them is the first step to improvement
- How to Win Friends & Influence People – Social skills and building better relationships
Of course, none of these books will make a difference unless you apply their lessons in real life. That said, I’m curious—what books or resources have helped you the most? What would you recommend?
