    One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is to focus on building strong relationships, not just skills. You can be incredibly talented, but if people don’t enjoy working with you or don’t trust you, it’ll be much harder to progress.

    Another thing that stuck with me is to always put yourself forward for opportunities, even if you don’t feel 100% ready. To jump in the deep end as it were! Most people are figuring things out as they go, and growth comes from taking on challenges outside your comfort zone.

    Oh, and never stop learning—industries change, and staying curious keeps you ahead of the game. Reading or doing a course every week in your field will put you in a massive advantage over people who aren’t learning!
